“Autozone Store #2061 Jasper, TN - My wife and I were traveling from Memphis to Chattanooga when my car dash started to light up while going 70mph down 1-24. We pulled off at the Jasper exit. My wife googled Autozone and fortunately coasted into the store as my car died. This was 4 pm on a Friday. Clayton ran diagnostic test and determined that I needed a new alternator and probably a battery. Clayton offered 2 suggestions on where I could get these parts installed. The best solution was a mobile repair service which showed up within 15 minutes. I knew both of these items were previously purchased from Autozone in Savannah, TN. Clayton looked them up and both were still under warranty. So within an hour we were back on our way. I can't adequately express my thanks to Clayton and the rest of the team that day Kenny, Corey and Noah for being so helpful, considerate and going the extra steps needed to help us out.
