This place desperately needs help. It’s a headache to deal with. They won’t deliver packages. If I could have it all through fedex/UPS I would. I never have issues with them and they drive a giant delivery truck/van.

We are one of several mailboxes in a row. New carrier never attempts to deliver any packages just stacks them on the mailboxes in the rain. If they need a signature they make no attempt to deliver; just throw the slip in the box.

The mail carriers don’t even get out of the car and knock on the door for packages that require a signature. No hazzards or animals to worry about so no excuse. Delivers packages to the neighbors etc. It’s a constant trip to drive to the post office to pick up packages. Any excuse will do for these folks!
