I would give 0 stars if possible. I did an Uber Eats order at 8:30pm. I arrived at the location at 8:35 and the lights were out and there were two high school aged people cleaning up, a boy and a girl. The young man came to the door and said they're closed (the close at 9pm). I told him I had an Uber order. He checked the register and then I saw my order had been cancelled. I asked for the store phone number so I can call back in the morning. They didn't know the store number and have me the manager's personal phone number. I asked to verify if it was a work number or the manager's personal number. This is a joke of a store. I would comment on the food but my order was cancelled and the restaurant was "closed" 30 mins early.

Stop on our trip around 8:30 they were already closed and you can plainly see into the restaurant. The 2 employees (girl) eating and playing around. Call the restaurant they were already closed great business etiquette. They missed out on a couple orders as people pulled in and left cause they had closed 30 minutes early.

The hours on the door clearly says they are open until 9:00pm. I have been here multiple times around 8:15pm or 8:30pm and have been told they were closed. That's not very good customer service. Either stay open for as long as you are supposed to or change the hours on the door and the Google homepage. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich so it shouldn't be a problem if someone shows up 30 minutes before closing time.

Stopped here on the way to Nashville and there were only 2 women there and several people but they were still friendly and got us in and out

Well for a total of 3 stars I hope this place steps up their game. I watched my sandwich be made, well I slowly explained how to make it. But it did get done by 2 young people that chose not to even try and speak. So it wad oddly quite and strange all at the same time. However my feelings is not why we are here. My sandwich was perfect and having followed my family's subs it was about time to hit the interstate again. Right at the last moment one of the employees threw a straight up curve ball right at me. I asked for oil & vinegar and top it off with ranch. I turned away and by the time I looked back, it was all over with. If none of you have ever loved a condiment as I luv ranch then you will understand my immediate aggravation at this person. I am guessing this location of a popular franchise sandwich shop does not carry ranch dressing. They have also trained their employees to just toss on some peppercorn ranch in its place. Then when the customer ask exactly what are you doing. They shrug their shoulders and look at you like you just slapped their momma. However I was assured that it tasted great and I would love it by the 2 non verbal employees, I can assure you without a bit of doubt. They lied threw their teeth to me or they have been lied to about the taste of peppercorn ranch. It is an atrocious yet putrid taste compared to ranch. It can single handedly ruin a $20 sandwich. I won't be back to this location. I will drive to the next one.Parking: The parking area is a mine field of pot holes big enough to swallow all the peppercorn ranch on site along with your car.

Filthy bathroom; missing menu items and a recyling bin that is not used for recycling. The representations made by Subway on its "sustainability" website are a joke:"We're taking a fresh look at how we make an impact on the world around us. It's our responsibility and a key part of how we're building a better Subway®."Really?
