Otherwise, the other things we needed were there, very easy to find (as opposed to Lowe's where all nuts, bolts and washers are prepackaged and all over the store in different places).”

I ordered over $200 of well drilling pipe and sand point driver last week. My husband and I had to delay getting water flowing in our well again for an entire week waiting on the drill point. When it arrived my husband went to pick it up. The employees over the at the counter refused to go back and locate the adapter which was missing. Is this how you run a store? I won't ever order from you again. I am updating a 900 sq. Ft. house this year. Maybe Lowes wants customers. Notice the image below. It is their professional way of telling you they are not refunding your bank after you did not receive your product you ordered. Instead they will keep your money. Beware!”
