This place helped my son deal with his insurance claim for his car that was heavily damaged. They were really patient with him and treated him very well. If you're looking for customer service, this is the place to go.

After hitting Coyote on Winchester Bypass, wheel well trim was dislodged and could not be reattached. Stopped by Browns for assessment. Brandon checked it out, then proceeded to get some tools and was able to snap the trim back into place right in the parking lot. He would not let me pay for the work, which is not the first time he, and Steve, have quickly fixed a small problem without charging. You simply don’t find this kind of customer service, nor customer appreciation ANY WHERE these days. Best auto body shop around, and without a doubt best folks to do business with!!Service: Body & Trim

Brandon and the staff at Brown's Body Shop were courteous and very professional. They met their commitment for completion of the work and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The price was very reasonable, and was less than I expected. Brown's body shop is staffed by both knowledgeable and considerate people. Today I had a window on the driver's side of my car that had come unglued from the regulator retainer clip, and Brown's was able to work me in and get it fixed within the same day. Brown's has always done great quality work in a timely manner with very competitive prices compared to the other body shops in town. I recommend Brown's as the best in the business! I grew up in this area, and they have always had a stellar reputation for amazing work. I experienced this firsthand last fall (2020) when I hit a deer, and they made my truck look brand-new again. When I had a bad scrape recently (2021), I didn't hesitate to go back. Brandon and his team are exceptional--honest, friendly, reliable, and dedicated to the best work at a fair price.

I am supper pleased with the service I got from Brandon at Brown’s Body Shop!! He was so professional and at the same time super friendly and welcoming. I had a little fender bender so took the car in to have them give an estimate and he gave me a very fare price. I took the car in on Monday 1st and he said it would be a week but he called Wednesday afternoon and said it was done. They did an outstanding job and it looks brand new. They even washed and vacuumed it out!!! Great job guys!Services: Body & Trim

I enjoyed my experience with this business they were over booked at least 2 weeks out and they worked my truck and my wife’s van in the same day to get extensive work done and got both done in less than a month thank you and will use y’all again in the future if needed hopefully I don’t though lolService: Body & Trim
