Point set us up promptly with a new fiber run from the main road, down 2 streets, then to our home. The installation was very well done. Months later we had a problem with stability and Point support responded immediately. I've zero complaints because it's fiber, not cable.

Internet says you close at 4:30. Rushed to get to the office at 4:15 and it was closed. Wasted gas and time. I still love my internet though.
