Turn-over seems to be a problem. Every time I visit inside, they’re trying to train a new teller. I never recognize the people working there & visits seem to take longer than they should.

They won't even answer the phone much less if your landlord request the statement they will never fax it over 2 months later finding this out

Good bank with a lot of services beyond checking and savings accounts. Always friendly when we visit. We have discussed other account /financial options with 2 of their advisors. The customer service department was very quick and responsive when I had my credit card info stolen while on a road trip. They made getting a replacement easy and helped get the fraudulent charges handled too. Definitely worth giving a look if you are in need of a bank.

Inaccurate information. Told me savings acct was free so I closed my checking acct. Then they charged me $5 which I dont mind but don't tell me its free. Then proceeded to tell me the savings acct. is free if you have a checking acct. If you have a checking acct. and don't swipe your card a number of times a month they charge you (I think its $8) for that. If you haven't had an acct. open for a year and you close your acct. they charge you $25. They are only worried about your pockets and what THEY can gain. GIVE ME MY MONEY!! I'M GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!! NEXT!!

Seems very friendly. People remember my name. Plus the bank has good rates. They offer secured credit for those trying to build credit.Very good bank. Plus the benefit of a bank that is in more locations.

I was having a little trouble with my check card so I called the Winchester branch. I'm three hours behind Tennessee time because I'm on the west coast. One of the ladies answered, put me on hold, and let it ring out instead of picking up again to tell me they were closing and ask me to call back the next day when they opened. I would have understood. Really poor customer service. Taking my business to another bank tomorrow.

This place is awful. Nobody with any authority is ever there. Computers are always down. Nobody picks up the phone. Been with regions over 10 years. Looking for a new bank because of this terrible branch.

Fist they needed phone they do not have phone service so chape banker.you call 1-800 and it take 30 minutes
