Clerk 7, the rude old lady, needs to be fired. She was extremely stand-offish during my passport appointment and did not mail out my passport until a month later. FIRE HER

The people who work here are so patient ? They have tolerated us coming several days a week to get out mail as ours was in process of getting established. Hands ? up to Donna, Jason and Tabitha!! Y’all are great!!!

Oh, and I mean -1 as this was the WORST experince ever. The female, elderly white clerk at the counter on Wednesday, September 7 had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I made an appointment to get my passport, when I arrived 15 minutes early, she claims that I need to come back after 10 AM since I was missing a document. I said okay, and came back an hour after 10 AM. She then has the nerve to claim that she told me to come at 10 AM and not after. She then tried to suggest that I come back again later. As it was my second trip there today, I told her that I would wait for her to finish and that I'm not leaving. When she does look at my passport, she claims that she needs an original copy of my private documentation to send off. She clearly doesn't know what she was doing. Don't come to this place. That lady is disgustingly rude and doesn't need to be in customer service.

Ran out to post office on lunch, wait in long line, whew get up to desk. Decide to pay exorbitantly priced >$26 next day for manilla envelope letter. Clerk hands me form, I fill out, finishes with customer behind me that got to jump ahead because I had to get out of line to fill out form. I'm next...again,, sees me about to hand to her envelope says "wait, I've got to switch out drawer with next clerk" mind you I'm only one there now, what terrible customer service. If you have option of different place...Go elsewhere!!

rude lady told me “we’re closed” with attitude. literally opened the door to just say that, then closed the blinds and locked the door in front of me.could’ve at least been nicer with her saying that. people in other post offices wouldn’t be caught dead having so much attitude and nastiness towards someone.pretty sure it’s the same old lady everyone complains about. whoever is in charge of this place needs to improve on things and teach the employees to not be nasty when they interact with others, doesn’t matter if they’re govt workers.
