We had a little incident with a power cord. The ladies here solved our problem by offering a new power cord. Just like that internet was restored. Thank you for understanding and being friendly!

I AM REAFLY NOT SUREWHO I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE THIS MORNING, BUT SHE WAS VERY NICE TO ME AND WAS ABLE TO HELP ME GET MY SERVICE RESTORED. it ALSO INVOLVED A MAN IN HIS TRUCK TO GET IT FIXED INSIDE MY HOMES. THEY WERE BOTH VERY KIND AND HELPUL SO THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM FO MY HEART FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND WORK.MONTE PIERCE
