Charlotte is so pleasant to work and deal with. Have been renting from Hibdon Storage for almost a year now. Always easily accessible, clean environment and safe kept.

Charlotte is wonderful & beyond helpful. She's always willing to go the extra mile. I always feel safe & she is so personable! I hope they are paying her very well! Good customer Service is hard to find and GreatGreat customer service is almost non existent but she is excellent

For the record, Google has the wrong address for this storage complex. Not even close!...the office for the storage complex is located at 1560 Jim Cummings Hwy....and the actual storage complex is located at 3353 Jim BRAG Hwy on west side of Woodbury. Get it right Google.... as for Mr Hibdon, i couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service and his willingness to go the extra mile!... 5 stars here Mr Hibdon!... the complex is relatively new, well built and insulated.
