I carry insurance with this company and I also have Geico,I have damage to my vehicle and I've. Been trying to get it fixed through 1st choice but they have refused the deductible even though I have insurance through them as well,so this is a breach of y'all's contract and I will be returning this vehicle to y'all and I will be consulting a consumer lawyer

Stay away from their mechanics. Had a code come on the dashboard. Took it in, they had it for 2 hrs and never touched it. Came out and said turbo needed to be replaced, $2,000. Took it somewhere else, they put it up on the lift, found a solenoid wasn't on properly and a hose was split. Fixed it within an hour. $2,000 vs $200 MAJOR difference. Not the first time they misdiagnosed something.

This car place sold my wife a car and we have been making payments. We’ve had to put it in the shop multiple times. We haven’t even had it a year. With four kids 200 becomes a lot everytime you put it in the shop and then also paying the car payment when you barely have the car. It sounds like it’s a good deal but it’s not. Take your money elsewhere.

We have a had a car with first choice since the beginning of the year. We have had really bad experiences with used cars and they assured us that if anything goes wrong with the car it will be fixed and that if it’s not fixable they replace your vehicle. Over the past four months our car has broken down multiple times. The first time we put it in their mechanic shop it was 200.00 and then they said it would take two days and it turned into them having it for two weeks. My husband ended up losing his job. He got a new one thank goodness. But then our car keeps breaking down had to put it in the shop two more times each time costing us 200.00 and then keeping it for weeks all while paying a car payment. The manager said that if it was not fixable they would replace the vehicle. The mechanic shop told her and me that they were not going to mess with it anymore and it was not fixable. Worst experience I have ever had. When we got the car the check engine light was on and they got the mechanics to come out and check it and they said everything looked fine. For the whole month of July almost we didn’t have a vehicle. I do not recommend getting a car from this place. It’s cheap down payments but definitely the worse place to ever go for a car. I promise if you ask a lot of people they will tell you not to go through them. It is horrible. And definitely do not go through the mechanic shop connected to their car place.

This place knowingly sold my sister a car with a broken axle and damaged wheel hub and told her it was a great car and instead of fixing it they repoed the car and kept her money.

Jimmy was just creepy and tried to hit on me and was very predatory. Definitely will not be purchasing from here! If you’re a single woman, do NOT go to him! Disgusting.
