I set up an appointment for an estimate for a bathroom remodel and had an appointment for Wed at 1:00 it is now two o’clock and no one had shown up or called. When I called the company office I got a recorded message. This is a very unprofessional and incompetent operation. I will never use them and will tell everyone about my experience. They need to do something else and change their name to 4F as they are failures!

I worked with Haley at 4B Remodeling & Design for renovations after my home flooded. She was a true professional, dealing with a tedious, paperwork-intensive insurance claim. She was detail-oriented and a good communicator. If she said she would finish something by a certain date, she did. I was very impressed.Service: Remodeling

Contractor came to look at the property on January 15th, she said I hear from her soon. I waited a week, called about 4 times before I got a response. Again she said she'd get with me the following week. It's been two weeks since that text and almost a full month since she initially looked at the property. Decided not to wait on her anymore.

Haley is a young go getter full of vision and design ideas. She is full of passion at what she does and will not disappoint. If given the chance to let her creative juices flow your home will pop. She has been very successful with my clients who are flipping houses. She is very competitive in her prices so flippers can cash flow when sold. Nice to have her talented eye when redoing a home. I recommend 4B
