Never shop here. Family was out thousands of dollars on repairs within weeks of buying a vehicle here. I believe this is a dishonest business.

Not even worth one star but the platform requires us to choose a rating before we can comment. A family member bought a vehicle here and in less than a month it needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. They didn’t stand by the vehicle, offer help, or show any bit of concern. Don’t trust this dealership.

The worst place to buy a vehicle…stay far far away!!!
They do not check out vehicles the way they say they do and will absolutely sell you a vehicle that is not reliable and will break down soon after buying!!!

I was very fortunate to find 4M when I was in need to get a used car when I moved to Texas from California. Luckily, my guy Hayden at 4M hooked me up with a car that was affordable and very reliable, and they fixed up any problems with the car right away without extra charge. I highly recommend this place when purchasing a vehicle!

Go see my dude Terry down at 4M Autoplex, I was originally looking for a Chevy Silverado with low mileage and asked Terry to give me a call once he had something. A few days later I decided to go back and look at a beautiful F350 he had on the lot. at first I was a little hesitant on making such a big purchase since it’s not the truck I had my mind set on, however Terry allowed me plenty of time to think it over and have the truck looked over by a diesel mechanic and agreed to repair everything my mechanic found. They actually went above and beyond by fixing things that my mechanic didn’t even point out to make sure I wouldn’t have a surprise repair bill.
As long as I’m in Texas 4 M Autoplex will be my first stop for any truck or car deals!

Have been looking for a truck for a while and I found one that 4m had, I emailed them about it and got a quick response from Avi. I told her I’d be by on Saturday to look at the truck and when we showed up she greeted us nicely and made the whole buying process as smooth as can be! Go see Terry down at 4M Autoplex!! It was easy to see we were over thinking our purchase of a used diesel, Terry went above and beyond to ease our nerves. He allowed us plenty of time to take the truck and give it a test run and have it checked by a diesel mechanic. I am beyond grateful for the smaller dealerships, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. Thanks Terry!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Avi @ 4MAutoplex. We had excellent service and a very pleasant purchasing experience. Upon attempting to register the vehicle in another state we ran into some questions from the registrar. We reached out to Avi who called back very quickly. Upon explaining the details of the registrar's questions, Avi connected us with Jessica who assisted with our issue. This call was at the very end of the business day on a Friday and completion of the needed task was normally handled by someone who'd already gone for the day. Jessica stepped up without hesitation and completed what we needed done to proceed with and successfully complete the out of state registration process. Excellent Service before, during and after the sale!
