I was locked inside the facility this morning. One code worked to get in but not to get out. Only one working exit keypad. The emergency number when dialed says the number is no longer in service then you receive a text from it. The owner responds refuses to call me. I had to set a PIN code, which was unclear in the exchange.
The maintenance has decreased and I believe someone is living inside one of the units.
Don’t let the lower price sway you, do not use this facility. If I treated my customers this way, I would have no business.

A nightmare. Lock out when paid. Totally no upkeep. Raise rates with no notification. Won't answer questions. An owner,apparently out of Lubbock, with an attitude. Receipts that make no sense. Good luck catching someone in the office. Gives keys out to people not on the contract without permission. Likely why things are missing. Had stuff stored there for eight years, can't even get the time of day or answers. Why do we get a receipt via email saying paid through 10/31/24 , then emails saying we owe $3.00, last month. July said $1.00. Won't tell us when it went up from $70 to $74, didn't when it went up to $70 either. Won't answer when asked. Security, forget it. Answers, they won't give. Don't get baited by how nice when inquiring. Day becomes night. I emailed them back yesterday after receiving a receipt, which you don't always get, showing rent paid through 10/31, showing a $1 credit, then a $74 charge, and $3 balance. I asked when it went up, why it showed paid through October, it made no sense. What did I get back? Another email to remit $3, but no answers. Like a fly by night operation. Here's what we received:

I've been very impressed as a customer over a couple of years. Recently had an issue at the gate and it was taken care of over the phone in less than 5 minutes.
I WAS warned about possible flooding and it only happens when it rains a LOT. My unit only gets a little run off I think, but I made sure there's nothing valuable on the ground AND made sure my renters insurance covered it as a back up. I'm sure they have units that never flood

So do not ever rent storage rm from these people. No structure. They do not communicate with each other. They don't let u knw wen ur payments r due. No one ever at property. Not a good business

I want to put some stuff in my storage unit tonight that belonged to my mother she recently passed away all the sudden my gate code would not open the gate I called the manager and the manager said that Gary told her that the wheels were down and not working properly I sat across the street and I watched the lady that lives on the property with about seven dogs go in and out of that gate. I asked Samantha what was wrong with the gate and she said that she would get a hold of Gary and she would get back to me and let me know something. Samantha called me back and she said Gary said that the wheels were messed up and it's not opening the gate at all that she would have it fixed first thing in the morning. I sat there and I watched the lady that lives on property go in and out that gate several different times. When I try to call Samantha and Gary back neither one of them would answer the phone. Instead the lady that lives on property called the police and told them I was trying to enter the company which I had every right to because I have a unit there and I don't owe anything on that unit. Mind you I had just spoke with Samantha which was the manager she never said anything about Michael not working and me being behind onmind you I had just spoke with Samantha which was the manager she never said anything about Michael not working and me being behind on nothing. I am calling the better Business bureau and I'm also going to contact myself an attorney just because I have a feeling that they will do the same to me that they have done to y'all they will falsify you being behind on your unit and they will try to to sell sell your things. I have been approached by the woman that lives on property many times she's asked me if I could get her different kinds of drugs I've also brought this to the attention of the manager and the owner and still nothing has been done also there is no cameras on that property in the back part of that storage I have seen the lady that lives on property enter many different people storages I have reported this to the owner and he has done nothing

I would not recommend this storage facility at all. We had 2 units there and in one of the units we always had ants, lots of ants. And any time you called the front desk to report the ants or any issues the owner is always very rude and always made excuses. The grounds keeper has a pack of dogs which attacked me and bit my leg one morning and I called the owner to see about paying for me to have it checked out and he told me I should have called the police and that it was not his responsibility. It is a gated facility, but the gate is always broken or off its track and left wide open for anyone to enter, not very safe. A couple of times, what looked like homeless person hanging out in one of the empty units, I made sure never to go out there alone. They are one of the least expensive in town, but you get what you pay for with these guys. Stay far away from this place!

They are always willing to adjust when you're unable to pay they will work with you and the units are really not that expensive

I have been using this facility for 5 years and am totally satisfied. Gary is friendly and accommodating however he does not suffer fools so don't blame your stupidity on him. ?

I was a loyal customer for years always paid. Was supposed to be set up on automatic payments. But I could not reach facility after the hire of a new manager . I left message after message. And everytime I tried to talk to Gary who had always provided ? customer service. Until r my mom died and I was literally arguing with her about why she was not taking my called Gary was my friend.??? or returning my messages. All my grandma and mom's stuff was in there already . They sold all my stuff without notice. Never been so hurt so bad. . The woman he had take over for him . She's evil . . I am filing suit against them . I just am getting over the the death of over 12 family members in 3 years and really thou
