Big shout out to Sal and Junior with Catclaw location. Guys were sweet enough to wait until I got off work at 6 to come and try to repair my uneven legs on table chairs. What I thought was uneven legs ended up being an uneven floor. This never dawned on me to check before taking valuable time out of these two sweet and VERY RESPECTFUL young men's day. Dustin the person who calls about your payment is extremely rude. I am 5 year customer & have had problems with him more than once. I have spoken with his boss & corporate & little to no action has been taken. I will be taking my business to a place where they treat their customers with respect. I spend thousands off dollars with Aaron's & I refuse to be treated they way i have been treated. Is this if the kind of person you want representing your company?

Aaron's is a very friendly store and my Sales Representative (Larry) was excellent, he was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable of everything in the store. Larry made it so easy for me to find what made me happy. I recommend you to shop at Aaron's on Catclaw Dr. In Abilene, Tx. and see Larry, he's the best.

Changed my rating on this to one star. I'm a VIP customer of many years. I have my payment come out every month on the 4th. Many times Corporate in Atlanta pulls the payment before then causing my bank to overdraft. Local store employees said Corporate was wrong. Keep in mind its NOT THE LOCAL STORE, the people are great there. But watch out for Corporate. I'm fixing to end bussiness with them over this issue

I got a coupon for my birthday for July the 10th they told me it wasn't due until 2 weeks today is not even the 10th then I get online and said it's not doing till August the third but then they're telling me it needs to be paid on the 14th no but I'm going to do is when I get back from vacation for my birthday vacation I'm going to return it and go buy me a laptop

They were really flexible about delivery. awesome at delivering my washer and dryer set .but even awesome about fixing the problems I was having with my washer and dryer set. I also wanted to give a 5 STAR to one of the store associate quin cause she was phenomenal. Thank y'all !!!

The manager is extremely rude and will repeatedly call you while you are at work even when asked politely numerous times not too. Mind you the account is in my fiances name. We will most likely be returning the merchandise unless we get the problem resolved
