dropped my taxes off on the 8th of march and today is the 22nd. the lady who answered the phone told me they won’t be done for another week??. everyone who works there is pretty friendly they just take forever to get things done. the only reason i do my taxes there is to support a local abilene business. this is my second year doing my taxes there and i haven’t been pleased with my experience. i’ll give them 2 stars for good customer service but they gotta work quicker.

Debbie is awesome! I see people complaining about waiting hours. You might try turning your taxes in before April (just a thought). She is busy because she is great at what she does. If you want good food do you go to the restaurant with a full or empty parking lot?
