Worst customer service ever! Went in to sell and the old man up front was very rude using foul language towards us because we decided not to sell since he was being cheap. Will never go in again, complete waste of time.

Offered 5 dollars per Franklin half dollar. That's about half of current melt price let alone any premium. Do not sell here.

never do business with these folks, they want charge you the steepest prices, then when it comes time for you to sell they want to low ball you. ex- I came in early July to buy a few oz of silver maples and eagles when prices when spot was around 19-18 an oz the guy proceeded to offer me the coins at 28-30 an oz supply wasn't hard to source then i called in today to sell some Germania mint bars he wants me to sell under spot at 22 when its 23 but when I went in last week still he is still selling ozs at 30+ just poor business practices overall.

This is a professional business that pays the best for gold and silver in Abilene Texas. I have been to all the good buyers and Sean offered at least 30% more than any other store. I recommend this business. 5 stars

I needed my 14kt gold herringbone necklace repaired & since I pass the shop all the time, so I decided 2tke my chain there. Now whn I say my chain is like 1of my kid's & I mean I treat it like it were 1of my kid's? . I've had my herringbone necklace since 1991 & its older than both my 22yo & 18yo daughter's. Due2 A.G.E's inexpensive, but reasonably affordable prices, I vowed 2only use their services 4repairing my jewelry! I was going 2a ridiculously, overpriced jewelry repair shop in the Abilene mall. They're not just ridiculously overly priced?, but the repairs are done out of town??. No dropping off jewelry on Mon & picking up on Tue/Wed, I waited 2wks 4a sauter & 1 clasp repair? @The A.G.E's repair costs are reasonable & the repairs are done locally. Which mkes me feel comfortable, trusting in them w/tkng care of my jewelry! Few review's said the owner wasnt friendly, rude whtnot, but I dont think so. I only dealt w/1 guy, so@1st, he seemed a bit standoffish, quiet, but granted, not every1 is a "ppl person" & unfourtantly, thtl come off n the wrong way. Wasnt very talkative@1st, then we ended up hvng a lengthy conversation, as we waited while the paperwork was set up. Now he's got some beautiful piece's of jewelry, artwork; like dream catcher's & some awesome tattoos~he's obviously a tattoo collector~ tht are all Native Indian related. My then, 18yo daughter was w/me & very inquisitive w/a lotta questions abt his collection's of the jewelry, artwork & tatts?I advsd our fams part Choctaw & my daughter's being part Creek Nation also. He gladly answered all our questions + had a few stories of his own. It just goes 2show tht u can't tell a book, only by its cover. I recomend every1 2use A.G.E's service's! Prices are inexpensive, reasonable, repairs are done locally, an honest guy/buisness & it's all very colorful ? ?
