Moving with Allied Van Lines was a first class experience from beginning to end. My agent Skylar Waldrop continually provided me with exceptional customer service and kept me informed every step of the way! She has amazing communication skills and she definitely made my entire move very smooth! Milton and Chaisson did a great job packing and picking up my belongings. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and very careful with my belongings. Alex was the driver who delivered and unloaded my household goods at my final stop and he was a true professional! Alex was kind, patient, efficient and worked very quickly. No damages were made to any of my belongings and I am truly grateful. I cannot thank this AMAZING team at Allied Van Lines enough!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a 10-star, first class moving experience! THANK YOU!!!

I received a very good estimate from Tim at Allied-Abilene. Very thorough walkthrough of what needed to be moved. Tim was extremely professional, efficient and an all around nice person to work with. It was definitely a pleasure to do business with him. Coleman Allied has a super team of professionals on their team. Highly recommend if you need to move!

The movers arrived when they said that they would. They put mats on the carpet and padded the doors before they moved things out. The cost was reasonable. They arrived at their destination when they said that they would. However they weren't quite so careful when they deposited the goods at their destination. The put boxes on furniture that scratched the furniture.

Everyone loading was nice and helpful. I was told 2 day load they said No, had to be loaded in a day so I thought they were required to “rush” and could have taken better care of my things.
All unloading were also nice and helpful. Patiently moving furniture where I wanted. A lot of wardrobe boxes had been crushed but have only found a couple of things broken but not important.
Didn’t see the driver very much as he was sleeping. I think he’s overworked ?
Overall was a pleasant experience. Thank you Terry and Michelle for taking care of us.

This move has been the smoothest most professional move I have ever had. Alisha was fabulous when providing our estimate. Kia called often to make sure everything was running on time. And Rich loaded us and unloaded us with ease. Thank you Allied and Coleman for treating us like family. I recommend all of you highly.

I shipped my 4 bed 2 bath home and 2 vehicles with Allied, from Texas to Virginia, I loved that Alesha actually came to our home to do an estimate so we could lock in payment. The packers were professional, very efficient and friendly, packed up in just a few hours…. Packed out on a Wednesday and delivered on Tuesday because we didn’t have a place til Monday super fast service, the un-packers were just as efficient and friendly and only took a few hours also. I definitely recommend this company 100% exceptional service…

The guys worked very hard and protected my furniture loading. Unloading did not go smoothly. They placed items against the wall of my garage and then placed my shelving in front of that, with boxes on the shelves. Now I have to remove items from the wall, remove boxes off the shelf, reposition the shelves against the wall and replace boxes. One of the trucks became stuck due to driver error and was inoperable for several hours until a wrecker could unstick it, causing delay and man hours that could have been used for unloading. As a result many items were left in my garage that should have been placed in my home. One of my beds was not put together correctly, now I am having to disassemble it and correct it. The men did work hard, but we're anxious to leave the next morning and did not ask me if I was satisfied before leaving.

Allied called the night before scheduled load to say their truck broke down and they have no other truck. My house was sold and the new owners were coming in the next day. I told them they had better find a truck as I would no longer own the house and we have a contract. They came with a 24’ instead of the necessary 45’ truck. This meant they had to take everything apart more than usual to be able to stuff it into every inch. They have now had some of my furniture for 5 weeks. Today is 18 days after end of delivery spread. I call constantly but my move coordinator never answers and never calls back. I called supervisor after delivery of some but not all of my furniture He told me they have no driver for my remaining belongings and it is in their warehouse. Contract Driver was the person to tell me they split up our furniture because the truck had another load already on. Allied determined what was “essential” and left the rest in a warehouse. They never called to let me know. Numerous pieces destroyed. They drove my ATV into my piano. Although I paid for Allied to wrap my antique clock, lamps, glass the loading crew had no supplies. The delivery crew had no tools to put my furniture back together.
