Morning crew attitude is very annoying & will make you avoid this location at all cost lol I tried to use my coupon for my cigarettes today like I’ve done for years at allsups & the clerk tried to be funny and embarrass me saying they don’t do coupons & refused to give me my discount even with the coupon presented and valid that’s fine 711 will get my money moving forward. Train your employees better to understand you only make money because of us . So treat your guest better. It’s bad enough you have to fight through the homeless that surrounds the store everyday and then deal with incompetence from employees

Okay it is 2:00 in the afternoon went into Allsup's to get a drink two Spanish women working walk to the cash register what to put my phone number in for my rewards and she acted like it was bothering her that I was putting my number in for my Awards and I asked her don't y'all do rewards and phone numbers here and she told me yes you should have put it in basically she said you should have put it in Faster before I run it up not good service at all poor service I would never come to this awesome again so for y'all who use y'all's Rewards the Allsup's on South 14th across from McMurray better put your number in there fast you won't get a chance to put it in overall I'm going to give it a one star service is the most important thing in a business poor service

Walked in wanting some bean & beef burritos and decided to also get some Chimi's but then get home just to realize that they are ALL bean burritos. Next time cashier, check what your cooking! Paid over price for just bean burritos.

Horrible customer service. Just rude for the sake of being rude. Was given attitude for covering my pin. Shouldn’t be a big deal if they aren’t trying to steal your information. Beware of shopping here, they are probably trying to take your card info.

Seem to be closed frequently for "system reboot". There is no way to know if they will be open. Unimpressed by how inconvenient this convenience store is.

The worst customer service in Abilene. Rude and gave me attitude for covering the key pad when typing in my pin. I wonder why someone would care unless they are stealing card information. I'd be careful shopping here.

I highly suggest you go to another Allsups the employees are rude and disrespectful, overall just very irrelevant they don’t help solve problems i recently just bought a charger at this location it was a broken charger they sold me all i wanted to do was exchange it but i didn’t have my paper receipt but i did have my cashapp receipt and still did the manager and employees denied me saying they don’t have proof like hello you HAVE CAMERAS RIGHT INFRONT OF THE CASH REGISTER I’m going to corporate with my complaint bc this is just so d*** all they have to do is let me exchange it for a working one

Its never been great service but suitable. Today was absolutely bad. I don't blame anyone for the coffee machine being out of order. 2 employees looked right at me and walked past me. You would think they might have said something instead of hurrying to get back to their conversation about BS, load enough the neighbors probably heard about the cracked screen on some phone.

Friendly staff. Not very clean but it's an easy quick stop. Grab and go. This location has an Amazon pick up machine very convenient. Very new hope it works out.
