Went in today while on my way to see my sister. Decided to go to the bathroom and it was spotless. The store was clean, tidy, and the food box was being replenished so it smelt amazing. I asked where I could find chips, and the employees were all knowledgeable and kind. When I walked in I was greeted with a chorus of hellos and hi’s. The tall and red haired curly man - Stephen I think his name tags said, was cooking and he was friendly. The woman with the red hair helped me pick out lottery and made it an easy experience. I did not interact with the other gentleman with long hair, but he seemed very kind as well. I will definitely be returning here.

me,my sister, and her friend went in there tonight at around 9:30 pm ish and went to go get the milkshakes fereals and as we walk in we see a lady staring at us like we were criminals when all we did was park so we didn’t think anything of it and we went and done our thing mind you the fereal machine was having all sorts of major malfunctions but we got our stuff and went up to the counter and paid like everyone else did she then checked us out and we went outside to where we parked and her and the other worker with red hair (male) continued to stair us all down all the way to our truck im not one to complain and write reviews on this sort of stuff i just forget about it but they way that THEY BOTH starred at us like we did something horrible is kind of rude and made me feel unsafe and never want to go there ever again.i hope it gets better.

Please check the prices on the shelf and compare to the price that rings up on the register. I go in to purchase a drink and the shelf showed $1.49 but when it was rang up at the register it showed $1.89 and the employee REFUSED to change the price stating that they have no way to change the price. That is NOT great customer service. I have contacted the corporate office about this situation. This happened at the Abilene Texas location at 2550 South Clack. I will update if they contact me in order to resolve this issue.

Purchased small can pringles, priced .99Was charged 1.79, employee walked over with me to check the price. Price was .99. The employee took another cab to the register to scan the single canIt 1.79 he stated that was the tax on the .99.I purchased a fountain drink 1.89 & the small can of pringles 1.79 total receipt $3.84. So do the triple charge the tax on everything. I ask for a refund. We don’t give refund’s. We just steal from customers.Went back in to take picture , another employee was taking the price tag of the shelf for the small can of pringles , as per her managers instructions. I ask you instruct her to refund my money. She said no, we don’t give refunds.I am going to the taxe comptroller office, attorney general office , how many other items & taxes are you scamming customers for.Pay me back money, my time, my being treated badly in your store.Notice the price of the larger can$1.29, she removed the .99

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but there's one man on some nights around 11PM-1AM who always seems to have an attitude and doesn't want to help. He will tell me it's closed but it clearly doesn't seem like there's any reason for it to be. I've been told by other employees that the computer does reset around midnight but I've come before and after midnight and he will still tell it's closed. It really seems like he's just too lazy to do his job.

Went to Allsups around 11:50 tonight. There was a worker chatting outside and multiple cars parked out front. We walked into the OPEN store and got our items then the worker walked inside to say the store was closed. He proceeded to walk back outside to chat, but did not lock any doors. The allsups says open 24 hours online and was confirmed by the business 5 days ago. The worker must be too lazy to do anything.

Tonight my family and I stopped by to get some icecream and put gas my husband went in as we stayed in the car as he’s calling us to tell us the ice cream there was the cashier is saying you got two minutes then you got one minute we decided no icecream he then gets to the counter and he said what do you need in a rude way standing away from the register my husband then ask are you having a bad day he says no what do you need my husband says 40 on 5 he says nothing so my husband waits the guy turns around then says okay get out of here never once took the money never came to the register so he left the money on the counter the lady there makes eye contact with my husband shrugs and shakes her head we love this Allsup’s and been going more since y’all opened but I do believe tonight’s incident was very unnecessary..
