The store manager was talking to a customer that was already finished and I waited for about 1 1/2 minutes. I finally over shot the conversation and asked for a lottery ticket. The store manager looked at me and said I was very rude and I was told to not ever come back. I reached out to the DM, but still no call. Oh. And this is the DK on East South 11th by Judge Ely Blvd.

I went in there Sunday morning to pay for gas and the clerk was asking everyone for tips for a scooter even had a paper bag on the counter to collect his tips.. I’m just saying that’s a store not a restaurant.. they should not be asking for money from the customers that was coming in that morning.. I gave that store another chance and went in on Mon night on my way out of town and a different employee was asking for money for a new dad and it was written on a brown bag sitting on the counter.. so after that I will not be going into that store cause that is not being professional at all .. you might need to give your people more money if they are asking your customers for hand outs.. cause that’s sad..

Wow pump gas and the thing doesn’t stop so it spill everywhere. Told the white guy cashier that the pump is not working correctly. He just shrug and say I don’t see any issue without border taking a look and completely ignore me. What great customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't get me wrong it's a nice store, with great customer service but the quality of their gas is terrible. I have a 2018 Cadillac CTS which takes premium gas only & it measures the quality of gas and then tells me how many miles I'll get for each tank. usually I fill 16 gallons & get somewhere between 430 - 520 miles per tank depending on gas quality... today I filled my tank up to 17.039 gallons which costed me $51.09 & my fuel range is saying 375 miles until empty.. I'm disappointed that I put such dirty / unpure gas in my car and you guys need to know that if you care about your car and you want it to run properly (clean engine etc) you should not be filling it with this gas.... I have never gotten this low of mileage for a tank since I bought this car.. buyers beware.
