This establishment has yet again become inconsistent with their pricing. ALL OTHER DK’s have a line item specifically for a cup of ice but this store has told me they have to charge full price. What costs .55 cents at EVERY OTHER DK costs almost 3 dollars here. I HAVE MULTIPLE RECEIPTS TO PEOVE THIS. this problem needs to be fixed. I will continue to check and see if this store becomes consistent and in line with the other DKs

This Dk is not consistent with the other DK stores in the Abilene area. I get a cup of ice to go with the drinks I purchase and this store charges full drink price for a cup of ice when all other stores charge .55 currently. I have receipts to prove this and have tested this with 4 different staff members at this location. All of them charge full drink price and told me this is what they have been told to do. If this is true then they have been told wrong and this needs to be corrected. Again all other stores charge .55 cents and have a specific line item for “ice cup”, the receipts I have prove this. I will be back to test this theory and if it is corrected I will change my review but if it is not I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau to report this store for erroneous charges.
