Can’t figure why this store has 4.9 rating? Stopped here tonight and the door had the back in 5to10 minutes. Well that turned into more than that. Yes I could have left but I thought I’d wait. Several people stopped only to ask me how long the doors had been locked and my answer was to long. A person finally came to the door and said the computer system was down but I don’t know why after waiting as long why the sign on the door didn’t say this. Strange that the person was not at the counter and I had just gotten there as the sign for back in 5or10 had been put on. I watched the person go to the restroom and when the person came out and to the door the person had the excuse of a downed system. This is not the first time for this. I probably won’t be back for this and other reasons ie snacks are never fresh fountain drink machine sometimes works and the personnel seem like they are forced there. This store usually stays busy but only because it’s the only convenience store in the area and Im fairly certain I’m not the only one that thinks it’s not very convenient. If the gas pumps ever go down the store will surely not be so convenient. Alon do better.

Staff has been serving at this location for along time. They are always courteous, polite, patient & ready to help the first time customer as well as the regular DK/ALON patrons they see on a daily basis. Hats off to this stores staff for their dedicated service to ALON & their customers.
