I have been traveling for the last 3 months so not only has my sleep been affected I have had to go without my lashes. They do such great work, Amazing lash really helps me feel confident and pretty.

Disappointed with my experience here.
I’ve been getting lash extensions for over two years and have never been told that my natural lashes were “too curly.” Despite that, the technician proceeded with the application and attached noticeably fewer lashes than a standard full set—leaving them looking as though I was due for a refill rather than a new application.
Within 24 hours, roughly 80% of the extensions had fallen out. When I reached out, I was told that because I had “foreign lashes,” their 48-hour fix policy did not apply. However, the technician had expressly told me at the end of my appointment that I could return within 48 hours if there were any issues.
I value professionalism and clear communication, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I hope this feedback encourages greater transparency for future clients.

Let me start with I have been getting lash extensions for nearly two years. My lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks!
All three of my experiences at Amazing Lash Studio were great as far as my stylist. She was personable and easy to chat with.
My original appointment was for a foreign refill. When I got there my stylist decided I needed a full set instead of a refill, which I completely understood. Came back a couple days later for a removal and full set. I told the stylist multiple times that last time I had a lash removal serum applied, the full set I had applied afterwards 90% fell out that night and the next day. Like I said I made my stylist aware.
Anyways, I had the removal and she applied the full set. By the next morning I had lost 75-80% of the lashes on my left eye. My right eye retained probably 35-40%. I called and told them what was going on. I was not ugly at all. I was put on hold multiple times for probably 15-20 minutes total while they talked about what they would do for me. Eventually they told me I needed to come in at a specific time that they chose later that afternoon and they would fix it no charge. I work full time and couldn’t just show up in the middle of the afternoon. I told them I could leave for lunch a bit early and be there @ 12:15. They FINALLY agreed to that time but said I would not get the whole time usually allotted for a refill. I felt that they should have tried to be accommodating to their customer.
I go in for them to correct the issue. my stylist was glad I came back to let them make it right.
Fast forward to the next day and AGAIN I lost 70% of the corrected lashes. At this point I am very upaet. I also want to mention I had decided at my first appointment I wanted to do their membership plan $159 a month for two refills. I should have waited until I saw the quality of their work. That was my stupid mistake.
Amazing Lash Studio said they have a policy where to get a free adjustment you must come in within 24 hours after the original appointment. Sometimes that is not possible. Beware of this business

They called me and wanted to make it right but giving me a new set. So we set up my appt with a new stylist. The day of my appt the stylist had trouble getting a certain type of lash to stick to my eyelashes. She had to do another kind instead of what we had originally planned but I was happy with the way they came out. They look great and now I’m on day three and haven’t lost any excessive amounts of lashes. We shall see how they hold up. They did try to make it right.

When you’re a new customer, they don’t tell you are with a beginner . Second, you pay so much money and don’t get what you asked for and then they fall out the same day or the next and they want to charge you for a fill to get it filled back up. Second, I went for my fill yesterday and paid just as much as I paid the first time for my lashes and my fill came out two hours later a couple of them and not only that your fill could only last 50 minutes like be for real. I’m gonna pay this much for a fill I wanna get what I pay for. I paid I 154.99 for this fill just don’t come here

I had the most incredible experience with Allie, my lash stylist, and I am absolutely in love with my new lash extensions! I went to Amazing lash studio to get my lashes done with Allie and she did a fantastic job. It has been more than a week and none of my lashes have fallen and they look full and perfect. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and was very professional. Their staff is very professional and friendly too. I will always go back there
