My friend had a blood work today. The lady who helped her had long finger nails. She did not even wear a rubber gloves. Very unsanitary.

Got my blood ? work for testosterone and my estrogen levels done 7 days ago and they told me I’ll get my results in 24 hours. 24 hours passed and I called and I ask them hey I still haven’t received my results and they said we apologize you will get them this evening that was 6 days ago. No courtesy call or update after that. I call in today and the lady that answered when I ask I still haven’t received my results said idk why you haven’t gotten your results usually it’s 24 hours what do you want me to do? Me in response said can you find out when I will get them. She said that’s what I was going to do. Awesome but that’s not what you told me You was going to do you asked me what do you want me to do and I said I just need to know when I will get my results back because I been told twice now I would have them at a certain time and I didn’t. That’s miss representation on service and pretty much fraud when you pay for service and not given the results of the blood work you paid for. Her response out so we a fraud and hung up the phone. I’m sorry but who ever owns this clinic who ever is answering the phones on this day needs to be trained on customer service. The lady that took my blood was amazing and professional this lady answering the phone calls I don’t wish for her to get trouble but just be coach up on how to figure out solutions in tuff conversation.

Horrible lab they get mad because they get called out and get court ordered for hair follicle test somewhere else because they do not do them appropriately and try to take way too much of your hair and the owner gets butt hurt about it and then refuse further test For urinalysis due to her mess up

The lady with blonde and red streaked hair was very nice and professional as always! The other 2 black woman were rude not just to me but to that lady as well.one of those black ladies was about to start a whole argument or worse. Omg they must be short handed or are training. Hopefully,them 2 black ones can get on somewhere else. And that one that did my hair follicle cut my hair like 5xs and cut hair right off the top of my head 5 starts for the nice lady!! Jail for the other 2

My lab representative called them today and a gal named Linda answered. My lab representative let her know that they will be sending an immigration DNA kit for me. Linda told my lab representative that she does not want to do immigration tests. She did not say that they do not have the capability. Linda said she DOES NOT WANT TO. Rude and possibly a discrimination case.

Linda was so sweet. They greeted me with a smile upon arrival and took care good care of me the entire time I was there. I would 10000000% recommend getting your labs done here. TAKING SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY TO NEW HEIGHTS!!!!

This morning, I called and spoke to " Linda" in regard to a sample collection for immigration purposes as I work at an AABB accredited lab, Linda stated she did not want to do sample collection for immigration purposes and hung up on me. Very rude, I will not use this lab for any kind of sample collection or testing.

Bad business and price gougers. Test went up 200$ after the other place in town closed. Office staff told me the cheapest stuff to test is in high demand and since the other place closed they are able to quadruple prices. Do not recommend but you're stuff with these bad people. Be a good human and don't take advantage of the people here in abilene. Also get some competent staff who can figure out pricing in a reasonable time

Linda is very rude and disrespectful she yelled at me and my 2 young children I needed to change my daughters diaper and Linda went full blown psycho in front of us she yelled at us for taking too long she yelled at us for throwing a peed diaper in the trash she yelled an cussed very unprofessional Abilenes very own Karen kuddos for your staff with putting up with you ! You don't cuss and yell at small children didn't your parents teach you a thing growing up or maybe she's a full blown racist
