Absolutely horrible! The ac compressor bracket broke one day before our warranty expired. They got it into their shop, and had it over a month. We asked multiple times for a loaner. They kept saying they'd put us "on a list". It's hard to give out a loaner when all your employees drive around in them! Car finally gets fixed, shop says the dealership, if you can call them that, refuses to pay! Loan Arranger told us the part that broke isn't under the warranty. Mind you, the same part broke after having the car for one week! Save your money and go anywhere else! You'll thank me for it!

I bought a car from arrow loan arranger four weeks ago. Test drove it and the brakes were squealing and the car was pulling to the right. Randy, my salesman assured me they would take care of those things. First time I brought the car they had it for 8 hours and did nothing. That's when Randy told me they would not cover the cost of fixing the brakes because it's wear and tear from me driving the car for 3 weeks and just under 3k miles. This is not wear and tear from 3k miles. There was nothing left of these brakes! How was this safe to sale?

Terrible car dealership. Don't waste your money with these people they're very unprofessional and rude. Don't don't keep you updated on your vehicle they're slow to get in contact with you and can care less.

Absolutely awful place of business. Please never have anything to do with this place. They are cut rate shady salesmen. Terrible places like this give dealerships a bad name.

Quite possibly the worst dealership ever, locked my account online so I can't make my payment due yesterday the 24th then call today the 25th demanding payment by the end of day or else the car will be picked up keep in mind that the note is not passed due and just paid Friday 22th 720 to catch up the past due which was only One month, not a lot of people just have 1400 dollars lying around giving with everything going on right now, with everything else being expensive, this dealership does not care about their customers of their families would give negative stars if I could, guess my kids will go without eating
