The women sales representatives and managers here are rudeeeee, very deceiving and will flat out lie to your face. Do not waste your time at this location. I came about a week ago to upgrade my phone from a 12 to a 14. I dealt with the manager for both encounters, and with a sales rep very briefly who somehow also managed to be rude in a span of 2 seconds. I was asked if the phone was broken or damaged, and I made sure to let her know the back of phone was slightly cracked. she literally said "no that's not a problem". She even threw away my old for me case so I know she laid eyes on it. She handled the phone many times to transfer all the data so it's very frustrating how she felt so comfortable being so deceiving. She never mentioned anything about the price being altered because it was cracked which really took me by surprise, because most times you will see a decrease in the deal. It took about two hours for all of my data to transfer to my new phone so she told me to come back when I was ready to erase everything from the old phone and finalize the upgrade. I'm a busy woman and couldn't come back the next few days. So Fast forward today, I take the phone in and the sales rep who was not the same manager I dealt with the first encounter mentioned the phone being cracked and said i would only be getting $350 for the phone rather than the full 700$ rolled over to the new phone, which is NOT what I was told. I told her the manager saw the crack and never mentioned anything about there being any alterations with the price. This sales rep literally said "my manager is pulling in and will deal with you, I have other customers to tend to" and that was that. The manager just so happened to be pulling up in that moment. When she came in she was instantly rude with her approach. I told her I showed her the crack and that she said there wouldn't be a problem with it. She looked me dead in the face and said "I never saw that, you never showed that to me". YALL. This woman was being so hateful when I told her yes she did see it, she even threw away my case. The fact that she was able to stand there and hatefully lie to my face is why I'm leaving a bad review, I wasn't even upset about the price decease I just wanted them to be honest about the initial encounter. To top it off I haven't been receiving picture messages and brought that to her attention. If you are having these problems don't waste your time for their help because her response was that she's a sales rep not a tech support and proceeded to help other customers. Sorry for the Novel but if you are looking to upgrade your phone, buy a phone, or do any business with AT&T retail, don't risk a bad encounter with this place and these people. They are not friendly, and will most likely deceive you and make you look like an angry customer. I don't usually get mad and tell people to watch their attitude and do their job better but she is one who probably hears it very often from all sorts of people. Thank you and have a nice day.
