I was in today - July 4th. There were two associates working and each had a customer. My gripe is that I was not acknowledged at all - no Hi we will be with as soon as we can - or just a hello. Nothing. I worked many, many years in retail and customer service is a priority. I would have no problem waiting - but let me know you care I’m there. I left and went to the facility in the Mall. Same exact scenario. Two associates- two customers - no acknowledgment. Sad

I had my phone on sos mode all morning yesterday, and Edrick pointed out the reason was to eject and pop in my old sims card. He also replaced the physical copy with an electronic copy so I could not worry about damage done by big physical impacts to the phone(dropping it, etc). Thanks Edrick! And thank you AT&T great service!!

Went in to upgrade phone..Tried the 14 day trial of directv stream. Canceled within 14 days. Still being charged after two months.

I've used this location for many years and I have never had any issues with them. I recently upgraded my phone and plan and Luis answered all my questions and went over everything with me in detail. This location has always been helpful to me and I will continue to go here in the future.

do not ever buy a phone from AT&T. not if you ever expect that you may decide a year down the road that you want to change service providers. even if you purchase your phone for cash, and keep the service past the "6 month minimum service provisioning" getting att to do a network unlock on your phone will be met with infuriating opposition. they basically as a company hold your property hostage in order to keep you as a customer. just order directly from the manufacturer. would give 0 stars but its not an option.
