do not ever buy a phone from AT&T. not if you ever expect that you may decide a year down the road that you want to change service providers. even if you purchase your phone for cash, and keep the service past the "6 month minimum service provisioning" getting att to do a network unlock on your phone will be met with infuriating opposition. they basically as a company hold your property hostage in order to keep you as a customer. just order directly from the manufacturer. would give 0 stars but its not an option.

I'm not from Abilene but called and asked about outages due to the weather and the associate Brenda laughed and said "I don't know". The other att across town immediately looked up and told me the situation and outages.

We came in for a new phone, we were politely greated at the door. We were asked to wait until an associate was available and one helped us out and we were on our way!

Mallory was amazing and very professional with answer our questions and helping us she saw us walking in and instantly walked up and greeted us loved the experience in and out in less than 30 mins

I had 3 young children that normally don't behave so I was extremely happy with the service I was given. Immediately as I was walking to the door, it was opened and I was greeted and asked questions for my visit. I was taken care of right away and was told about promotions for what I was eligible for. Jay had knowledge for sure. I am very satisfied with the fiber internet the few hours it's been on. Logan the tech set up quick and was knowledgeable as well about colors on the modem and things I can do to troubleshoot before calling. From the last time I was with AT&T, the company itself has gotten much better with customer service not just quality of product. I am very thankful! I will only use this location from now on!

Had great customer service. Wish I knew the name of the Lady who waited on us she was tremendous. Had just come from the store on Hwy 351 and they had the worst customer service. I would definitely skip that store for this one in the future.

Val was extremely helpful in streamlining the phone trade-in process. His attention and care is the best I've seen from any AT&T employee and I had the smoothest interaction imaginable while in the store. He was personable, reliable, and made sure the job was done with no error. I cannot speak highly enough about the character, knowledge, and work ethic.

I bought a phone and couldnt get phone to recognize network after going to ATT to try & fix told me it was phone took back to Best Buy to figure out. They were great & replaced my phone and sim & network right away and i am very appreciative for all their help which took less than 30 minutes!! Thank you!!
