The store is supposed to open at 11am on weekdays. I sat out in front of the locked and gated store for 15 minutes while the employee inside just goofed off and slowly walked around putting display phones on stands. What a joke this place is. Lazy employees can't do a simple thing like open the store on time.

Went in for my phone activation the other week and was met with “Brandon” Who has the worst attitude and customer service experience ever. I understand he was just a d*** kid, but I rarely spoke with him because anytime I asked a question about my device, he spoke to me like I couldn’t speak English! None of the employees got up and greeted me, and were sitting down on their phones! I believe the other one was a manager who was absolutely no help whatsoever, and was also sitting down the whole time. Truly disappointed, and took my business to a corporate store across town. Ridiculous!

Great service from KD and Paul. I made a mistake with my original purchase that was completely my fault, but Paul took the time on a busy Saturday to help me undo my screwup. Thank you for the kind, friendly, and professional service. In the end I walked out a very happy customer with the phone I wanted at the price I wanted, and a renewed faith in AT&T's customer service.

I went to AT&T and all of the workers there were so nice. They helped me purchase a new phone and they made it easy and simple for me. Overall the service provided was nice.
