Got my truck lifted, rubber mats, and will get window tint next week. Donna was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very transparent with pricing up front. Michael helped finish up the checkout process- he was very kind and helpful. One thing that stuck out to me was that the accessories installer, Mark, actually came out to my truck to explain in detail what he had done and what kind of changes to expect after a lift. I’ve never had a tech do that, they’re usually behind the scenes so I really appreciated that! Both Mark and Michael have great attitudes, and I’ll definitely continue using the accessories department & can’t wait to do even more cool stuff to my truck!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Donna and Arrow Ford Accessories department! Everything they’ve done on my new F150 has turned out great. Everything from my spray in bed liner, to my running boards to my headrest DVD players to my newly tinted windows! Thank you guys at Arrow Ford!
