“Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had something spill in my car that left an awful smell! Called to see if they could get it out & detail the rest of my car! They did a great job detailing the car, but once I got my car back I could still smell the awful smell! We let them know, they went back over the spot that had the spill & got the smell out! Beaver was so sweet about the whole thing, & made sure it got taken care of! Which was so sweet of him!

“I have a membership and pay for the platinum interior. The last few times, the interior has looked really bad. I'd asked them to redo, but I'm usually pressed for time. Sad, this place used to be the best.
UPDATE: Went back for another wash and shared my experience with the team member who takes payment. They apologized for the experience, covered the wash, and ensured the interior was taken care of to expectations.”
