I don't visit this place often , but every time I go in, I'm never greeted, and that's okay with me. BUT I'm ALWAYS treated right when I talk to someone behind the counter! That's all that matters to me. Like any store sometimes you find stuff cheaper sometimes you find it more expensive. Nevertheless, this store is essential to the gun community and must be supported and protected at all cost.

Great selection of firearms and reloading supplies. I see a lot of negative reviews about not being greeted, but personally I find it refreshing that they leave me alone unless I have a question.

The staff at B&B are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been to too many gun stores where the employees look down their noses at you if you don't know as much as they do about guns. At B&B, on the other hand, they're friendly and patient and take time to answer all your questions.Their prices and selection are really good, too.The only complaint I have is the parking. I recommend you park around the side, as the spots out front are a little tricky to get into and out of.

Called to ship a moderately-valuable firearm, and inquired if they could ship UPS 2nd-day according to my buyer's wishes. I was informed that they could. Buyer sent funds, I delivered firearm and paid for shipping. I was called next morning with a tracking number.... USPS rather than UPS. When I asked about the discrepancy, then was subjected to a huffy lecture about reputation, told that they could not ship UPS 2nd-day under any circumstances, and I could either let it ride as-is, or come pick up my stuff. I went and picked up my firearm. I was refunded cash, minus the surcharge. I had prepaid with my debit card and had offered to cover the debit card fee.Been here plenty. I still use the last new Springfield I purchased here. I don't think I will return. It's not a matter of reputation, it's a matter of trusting that instructions will be carried out as agreed rather than substituted. Given the chilly reception of my questions by the staff, you should decide for yourself whether this is important to you.

I have the same story as many here, except I am white. I enter the store and a group of employees are too busy chatting to each other to notice me. I am getting back in to archery and was shocked at their bow prices, other pawn shops beat their prices easily on used bows. You ever noticed they only reply to good reviews on here.
