We greatly appreciate Baack's! In our time of mourning and need, they were there to fix what another company had messed up. On very short notice of half a day, they were able to get us this beautiful cross made and delivered to our viewing. We'll forever be grateful for their beautiful work and expedited service!

I can not express enough gratitude for this company. I got married today however my sisters were not able to make it do to being up North so they contacted this florist and ordered my beautiful bouquet. The delivery driver was delivering to my house yesterday however no one was home so he took the time to call me as it was windy and rainy and he felt bad just leaving them. He offered to bring them to me wherever I was. I was actually almost home and thanked him and said they would be ok there for a minute. He left them in an area where they would be safe. In a world where customer service just isn’t there really anymore it is so wonderful to receive the kind of caring service I received. I only wished I remembered his name. Not to forget also how happy I was with the beautiful bouquet I loved it. Thank you all so very much.

I had this Florist take care of my mother’s favorite plants after she died,,,, and they brought them back to life!!!! They are beautiful and thriving!!!! Best florist in town!!! I even ordered online and what I ordered is exactly what was delivered!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement online for mothers day and flowers/foliage themselves are beautiful, but the arrangement was not so great. The length/placement of the flowers, the foliage in the water. For the price I paid, everything other than appearance of the flowers/foliage was absolutely terrible. I really hope whoever else ordered, did not get the same thing I did. I hate to say this but I was embarrassed to give this to my mother.
