“I love this place! Start your IRA and fun portfolios today! You should be supplementing your 401k with an IRA anyway. 5,500 a year - c/mon, I know you can do it! Nick is the area account manager and he has always made time for any questions I have. He is very accessible, over the phone or in person. He has grown my investing knowledge leaps and bounds, so much so that In addition to maxing my 401K and Ira contributions annually, I also use a separate account to invest in pick em stocks. I understand how to research stocks, watch for dips, when to buy big, how to diversify correctly.. Etc etc! Now granted you have to be willing to invest, and there is risk involved. You also have to show initiative to learn about what your investing in, how it performs etc. If your not interested in learning much, and just want something to direct deposit into.. A set it and forget system that you don't have to manage much, Nick can set you up with that also. Schwab also took time to educate me on their online site, stock management, performance monitoring, trading etc, as well as the app. I'm no big fish or anything, but I'm making money, saving money for retirement.. For a guy who never really understood finances, I now have a maxed 401k maxed IRA and another fund that I send extra money to.. All diversified in different ways. Saving money is boring but necessary.. Why not put that money to work for you while it sits?!?! You can still access it if you need to! Now Go Get Rich!!!”
“We haven't used this bank in a while. Several months ago just due to how busy things were it was easier to bank through our payment processor.
However, I'd like to take this opportunity to review the business as a company who has done business with them before. The customer service at this bank absolutely stands out. Feels personal, feels local, feels small town 1990s for anyone who can relate.
And today, as we were in their location thinking about setting up an account with them again, we accidentally dropped a very big check on our way out right around closing time.
I called and the manager verified he had it. Name is Raul I believe, or maybe Ralph. I'm horrible with names. That check happened to be signed and not deposited yet. He stayed a couple minutes after to make sure I was able to pick the check back up. This, on a day when I had been having some serious issues with our online banking / payment processor and about to go back to a local branch. Always felt their service was really great and today my experience with them absolutely earned my business. We only switched out of convenience at a time when I was working way too many hours every week.
There is a way places of business can absolutely earn loyalty and today Happy State did just that. This branch has always been a 5 star experience imo.”

“The customer service in the Drive-Thru was really good. There are a lot of lanes at this Bank, but don't let that fool you because this place can be super busy! I know the tellers inside are doing their best to get everyone through in a timely manner, but when it's a payday Friday at about 5:00, expect to wait quite a while in line. That is probably true with most banks during that time frame. One of the things I love about First financial Bank is they are open the latest out of any of the other banks in town.”

I ran into issues in Colorado getting registered and eventually selling the vehicle here, but Brad Magers (manager at FF) has been the most patient person I've ever worked with, helping me get registered and get a copy of the title.
