We got hit with a storm that damaged 3 of our vehicles. After looking at various body shops in the area to do the repair, we choose Carstar Barrett’s. That was the best decision we could have make. They were very professional, kelp me completely updated. Everything was on time and the work was amazing. The vehicles look like brand new. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. The Staff was truly AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else! I needed my door realigned and I took it to Barrett and they had it fixed within 15 mins it looks spectacular!!!! It was quick and efficient there was no run around, which I greatly appreciated. Again the staff could not have been nicer!!! Thank you Scott and team for all that y'all do. I will recommend them to my family and friends. This was the best service I've ever had hands down!

We took our vehicle to them and was a very big mistake. We ended up having to pay 1270.00 out of pocket to fix their mistake. They even tried blaming us and our insurance company saying that if we choose a better insurance company we wouldn’t have to pay it . Currently trying to figure out how to get my wife’s car back from Barrett collision center . She took it in for work a couple months ago and now they won’t release it because insurance will not pay for work they did that they were not authorized to do .”....Update 4/18 /21 Going on two weeks now that the car has been finished and they still will not release it because our insurance will not pay for work that Barrett was not authorized to repair. The final price wasn’t given until after the work was done ..updated 4/27 finally got out car from them but not without paying 1270.40 out of our pocket for the “deductible”.. they were unprofessional the whole time ..

We took our truck there after our wreck and these guys were awesome! They were very professional and friendly every interaction. My truck has never looked better. We picked up our truck and you would never be able to tell it was wrecked. Thank you Barrett's !!

These people are freaking awesome! Went to safelite to have a new windshield put in well they pulled the old window out and went to place a new one in and they said they couldn't finish the job. They taped the old one back on and had told me I had to take it to a body shop. Well I had made phone calls and I got in contact with their neighbouring shop auto glass..they came to my house put a little primer on it some glue and boom. It worked. And reasonable. I recommend this local shop. Safelite is a rip off . in calling them Monday to get my money back. Thanks guys yall are awesome!

I had my driver-side mirror to my new Mustang replaced at Barrett's. They got the vehicle in immediately, replaced it, and finished in no time. The service was exceptional and the employees super friendly! I had a spectacular experience! I heartily recommend this business. They are the model of customer service. Another place in town would not give me an estimate and said they could not tell me how long it would take since these "new mirrors" could be "tricky" and therefore, they could not provide an estimated completion time (even though they specialize on Fords). Barrett's stated 60-90 minutes tops, probably less. They were finished in less than 40 minutes! Everything works great! They are the epitome of customer service and craftsmanship! Thank you, Ken
