Just got turned away with 10 mins before they closed when I asked a question about a Christmas gift. I cannot believe the how weak this store is! Poor management! Don't go here! I walked in and asked about the candle sale and said I'd like to get some and told them the scent. They replied by saying we are closing early and cannot take any more people. Keep in mind it's 7:50 and I just wanted the candle sale and told them the scent. Literally 3 minute sale. Absolute garbage sales attendees. Smdh

I like the products, selections and sales. I mystery shopped at one of their stores once. Seems like those standards are not put in place at this store. Poor customer service experience today for an exchange due to one of the several wallflowers that I purchased leaking in a bag. The employee questioned why I didn't bring it back the next day. I made this purchase about 2 weeks ago, and I did not notice it leaked right away nor did I think I had to run to the store immediately. She asked why I left the item in the bag and not take it out of the bag when I got home. She seemed to think I was trying to rip them off of one wallflower that was $3.50 or $4. Lack of common sense and customer service skill and zero acknowledgement that the item had a defect. It was unacceptable for her to be questioning why I did not take this item out of the bag when I got home..was I supposed to properly place and store them in a designated wallflower cabinet or drawer to prevent leakage? She said in the future I need to try to bring it back the very next day. I'm going to check with their corporate office if that really is their new next day exchange policy.

Products are good. Took 4 people just for me to pick up my online order and then they had to decide who a bottle of water belonged to before they could give it to me. Tall girl with the glasses has an attitude problem. Inept.

Well I don't understand why you have a man trying to be female working the floor ! Use to love going in there but I don't think my grand kids needs to be seeing that !! And I don't like it either !!

African American lady at the front was very rude for no reason, slammed My reciept in my bag and had a snarky attitude. Everyone else was kind. Really unnecessary
