I walked in today and wanted a full set and paint. The lady told me to look at the dip nails and I said no I want paint. She told me to look at the dip nails again, and I told her no again and picked out a paint color.
The lady, who was working on another customer, told me to go to station 8. What I saw made me walk out. The station was grimy and filthy. The nail dryer machine was covered in goo and grime and sitting in the center of the workstation and the table was equally disgusting. The tools including the drummer and nail files were covered in nail dust. The pad that my hands were supposed to sit on were just as disgusting.
I got up, put my polish back, and left. The lady told me that they would be right with me and I said no. I’m not getting my nails done here.
I looked at her station, the lady talking to me, and it was just as disgusting. I wish I would have taken a picture. Please don’t go here.

Went to get a manicure and color and was disappointed. My nail tech didn't clean up any hang nails and didn't shape of nails very well. My nail polish started peeling the next day and 3 days later was off completely

Went to this salon to get a pedicure and a set of nails (my daughter and I) wanted the thin white tip on both my nails and toes, the white tip on my toes were so uneven so I told her just to leave the nails clear coat, my nails looked so bumpy and thick. My daughter liked her nails other than they were so thick, as soon as she got home some nails had cracked 😡 we both paid over $100 dollars, will not go back to this place

It started off great, they were super friendly and quick to get me seen even though I was a walk in. The first half was wonderful, the tech was being super thorough and I had high hopes. I just wanted simple as you can see, just long matte black coffin acrylics. There were some red flags in the beginning, the tech was watching something in his phone while working in my nails, made me a little uncomfy but I didn't say anything. Then it got bad, more people started coming in (walk-ins like myself) and that's when he started rushing. He stopped being meticulous and checking with me to make sure I liked everything. All I got was black acrylic with a matte top coat and I was charged $82... (my first time going here btw) for my nails to look like this. I'm not very confrontational so I just paid and left but I really wish I didn't... Honestly I don't recommend going here, they rush so they can see more people and make more money. I'm sure their work would be wonderful on a really slow day. It's frustrating, I love having my nails done and usually I go with more high-end design which I am really happy I didn't end up going with this time, but I don't think the work received was worth that kind of money.
