I’m beyond angry and heartbroken. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from this dealership just ONE DAY ago for $20,000 on finance. They never offered a test drive, and they lied to my face saying the car was in perfect condition.
Less than 24 hours later, the car started stalling on highways and at red lights — putting my life in danger. I took it back immediately, and their own mechanic confirmed the transmission is completely gone. But instead of fixing it or helping me, they coldly told me “there’s nothing we can do.” No refund, no exchange, no care.
I put $1,400 down and now I’m stuck with a car I can’t even drive, and a $420/month loan for something that’s basically junk. This is fraud, dishonest, and completely unethical.
If you care about your money, your safety, or your peace of mind — DO NOT EVER buy from this place. They sell broken cars, lie about their condition, and abandon you the moment they get your money.
This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m warning everyone — stay far away from this dealership. They don’t care about people, only profit.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from your dealership for $20,000, financed with $1,400 down. You failed to disclose that the vehicle had a transmission issue that caused it to stall at lights and on highways within 24 hours of purchase, endangering my safety.
You did not offer a test drive or honest disclosure. This is deceptive and may constitute fraud and breach of warranty. I demand you cancel this contract and return my down payment immediately or replace the vehicle with a safe and working one.
If I do not hear from you within 5 business days, I will file complaints with the Attorney General’s office, DMV, and consider legal action.

This is by far the worst car lot we’ve ever dealt with! They sold us a car with no tail lights, no spark plugs, etc etc which resulted in us getting tickets, then they wanna charge us extra for a car payment, tow fee, insurance, and to get our property out the car(NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING) cause by law it’s 30 days!! they keep hanging up in our faces, they keep lying saying the car still in Clyde even after we made an appointment to retrieve our things, that following Friday to come that prior Monday! Now all the sudden no one was aware we was coming! I wouldn’t ever advise anyone to buy from them, the staff are rude, they seem to always be having lunch parties and they barely even bother to help you, yet they blocked by phone number and the phone was always busy.
