I called and was eventually connected to a female employee. First, I inquired if she could give me a ballpark estimate based on window/pane size. After she agreed, she then asked for my name, address, phone number, and email. Then, she could not or would not provide any info. She asked for a photo of the window. I told her that I was not at home. She said they had to come out to see if they would even work on the wooden window. She said she would call me back to schedule a time, but failed to do so. The guy called me Friday Oct 24, 2025; again, I was out running errands, but told him the address and which window had the crack. I never heard another word. No email, no phone call, no text - NOTHING! Don’t ask for my email for a quote that is never sent! I have used Binswanger in the past for window pane replacement at this house. I have taken furniture in to have glass tops cut for the last 35 years. I don’t know what is going on, but this long-time customer is very dissatisfied. I went to Lowe’s, got glass cut for $20, glazing for $16, and just replaced and glazed the pane, re-glazed the other panes, and another window. If Binswanger doesn’t want my business, I will find another glass company.

I needed a small glass shelf for my grandfather clock. I waited less than five minutes and they brought it back to me and took care of it for me. Highly recommend!

The guy who greeted me was surly and frowning and refused to cut the glass for my antique clock. Not helpful for what I needed.

Poor customer service. No call no show for scheduled estimate to replace windows. That was 3 days ago. I will be finding someone else who is interested in my business!

Amazing Glass Guys!! I Brought in a china cabinet door with a seeded hand blown glass panel that was broken out and needed some love. They exceeded my expectations on the replacement and turn around time of the door panel. Thank you for making this a great experience, will definitely be back when I need any glass work!!!

I paid $130.00 to have them reinstall the glass door. The installer told me to leave the door closed, I see why now. No screws on the top or bottom of the frame. Open screw holes and barely any screws holding it in. They didn't even return the screws they didn't use., so we could finish the job.

I was trimming the trees around my house when one of the branches decided to break a window on its way down. Binswanger was able to send someone out that day to measure and get me a quote. Then immediately the next morning Dre came out and installed it. He did a great job, he cleaned up, and was so incredibly polite. We work from from home and we're still able to take our calls. I hopefully won't drop another tree branch on a window but if I do I will definitely call Binswanger Glass.
