I don't understand why Google Maps says it's closed, it's open today I went to check it out, this is the best service I've had in years and the employees are very respectful and try to help, it's the first time I felt confident in a boost Mobile store

Very little phones 2 choose from but they did have a great deal on the phones but no home WiFi just a hot spot that was 2 expensive

Does Boost have any requirements about training their employees? This was the third Boost store I've been to in last two days and still can't get any service. I would recommend sending all employees to some type of training in order to service potential new customers.

Arynn helped me both yesterday and today. She gave me the best customer service I've ever had..so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with both my old phone and my new phone that I bought today. I am a long timeBoost customer and recommend both product and employee service . Very pleased

Went here a while back to activate the phone i bought online and they wanted to charge me $25 to activate it when its literally free if i call myself and so i asked to just use the store phone to do it myself but the rude and disrespectful manager(to say the least) wouldnt allow it. No customer service at all
