“Advice from me, make sure you check your rental has wiper fluid because this is the second car in a row in less than two weeks that I have got from them that has had none. For some odd reason when they inspect their vehicles after return this is not part of their inspection so a few hours into my drive to Corpus Christi I had to buy wiper fluid. Other than that I’ve had no issues. Always an easy check in/drop off process at the airport.”

“I flew into Texas and went to thrifty to get my rental car, waited 45 min but my reservation was at another location. How was I to know that if I made my reservation with the airport!?! Not only that but they ran out of cars. So I called the other thrifty location, canceled my reservation since I had no way to get there and went to the next available desk which was National. Elizabeth did a wonderful job in hooking me up with the Emerald package and I was on my way within ten min. She provided the best customer service and I was very pleased. Thank you Elizabeth!”
“From my initial phone call into budget for pricing, I had an amazing experience. A young smiling Regan was waiting at the airport holding a sign for me when I walk down the stairs at the airport. She drove me to the budget rental which is just a few miles from the airport very easy to get there. It only took her a few minutes to get my contract and do awalk around with the car. I rented a Kia Rios it was a perfect car for my four-day trip in West Texas. It was clean, modern, I had navigation and worked with my iPhone. I had to make an unexpected drive from Sweetwater to Lubbuck. I called into the office and spoke to Reagan about checking about the miles. Reagan was so sincerely upbeat and cheerful and gave great customer service to me explained the free miles. It is was wonderful that the miles are all free. Dropping off the car was on a Sunday it was a pretty smooth experience. Car return is there at the airport so you don't have to go to the budget that is only 2 miles away. Being on a Sunday the office opens I think at 10 so I dropped my car off and follow the instructions listed on the contract. Once again, I did call Reagan at Budget on Sunday and she was there at work again and answering my question. Since I will be returning to Abilene more often now I will definitely be a return customer and hope to always see Reagan smiling face at the beginning of my trip!”

“Basically took my Audi there to repair some shallow dents all along the passenger side (hooked a mirror on a parked car, duh). They did an amazing job, were super friendly, and even fixed a small dent we had not seen at first – at no extra charge! I thought the price was extremely reasonable, considering they repaired four panels on the car. Exactly the kind of service that will make me a repeat customer and get me to recommend them to all my friends- especially since they are a local, family owned business.Way to go Dent House!”
