I had to leave 1 star but they should not have even got that. I got told hello and nothing else.
I walked over to the jewelry counter and stood there for 10 min and nobody came to help me so I walked out.

Jared is the best he is always helping me find good deals!!! He is very knowledgeable and respectful, pays attention to detail and helps you get what you need or want. If they dont have it, he can point you in a good direction!!!

I went in today and Bri who evidently did not know what she was doing. Was rude and unprofessional, she did not check to see what the ring I brought was going for on the computer, she acted like I stole the ring. If I go back I would rather deal with someone else who is not clearly prejudice.

Do not use this business. For starters, the business itself is run down and has been for years. Prices are higher than they should be on most things. If you pawn something, you MUST have cash if you plan on taking it back out. No debit or credit on that. When you consider that we have 4 wild bills pawn who all except care as an acceptable form of payment, it is a no brainer.

This is the best pawn shop I have been to around this town. I was greeted and helped by an employee, I believe his name is Jared. He was able to immediately show me what I was looking for. He gave me a fair price. No issues at all. I highly recommend stopping by if you haven't. It's a great pawn shop, and the help is top notch. I will definitely be back!

I was there to look for a couple of tools I needed and they were very knowledgeable & helpful and gave me a very good price on the few tools I bought that day. I'll definitely be going back to this location to buy more tools when I'm in need of something.

I spent anywhere from 700 to 900 dollars on a white gold chain. I was needing extra cash for medicine and decided to go pawn it back to them. When testing they say it's not gold or silver it was some other type of metal. They stated that they switched systems a few years back and cannot find where we made the transaction I even gave them ideas when I purchased the chain to help with time period they said there is nothing they can do and want me to find a receipt from 6 or 5 years ago I would not buy any gold from them due to this and wouldn't want anyone else to lose money on something that's not real and also they should have the precious metal and licensing people look into because ripple pay so much for something that's not even real also with them switching systems they should still have a way to find a transaction
