I have taken my family and friends to this location on multiple occasions as well as solo. Great results and experiences each time.
But unfortunately today ruined my patronage. I came in for a Signature Pedicure ($78) as a treat- an upgraded experience was expected but I instead received a cut on my toe, gel polish flooded cuticle area and a massage that included slapping my head?
The location appears lovely upon arrival but when your hand STICKS TO THE MASSAGE CONTROLLER it's obvious things aren't as well kept as they should be.
I am a notorious heavy tipper for those who treat me well, but I have never felt so rushed/disregarded. Thus, my first zero tip of my life.

I am a first time customer to this place and I had Vincent for a Pedicure. This place was very big and it had a lot of customers and it was surprisingly quiet and very relaxing. The pedicure and Vincent were top notch. He is so attentive and gentle and thorough at nail maintenance. I was so relaxed when I left. I definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a great pedicure. Thank you Vincent. I will be back.

doesn’t even deserve a one star, I’ve been coming to this place for 2 years now when I get my nails done occasionally. Normally, the customer service is great but the past two times I’ve been there have been awful. Last time I came in a few months ago, I came in after work, so there was me and two other girls in the salon around closing time. the owner and his wife or girlfriend had been fighting, she left to go outside came back in for a minute, they continued arguing. Then continued to get angry, and the owner yelled at her from across the salon. In front of customer I think that is very unprofessional, keep the arguments to yourself or do it at home. I was with a friend that saw this too, I was very uncomfortable and hadn’t been back since til today, to give them another shot. I went to get my toes done and ended up getting my nails done as well. I sit down and the man doing my nails, is fine for a minute, then another worker came up behind him to talk to him and watch him work and they kept laughing the whole time. I can’t understand them, but it was very clear they were laughing at me, not only was it those two but more of them started to talk until majority of the workers were laughing and making fun of me. Later on, the owner came up and told me “they all told me you are 15” for the record I do look young, I am 20 years old and covered in tattoos. It’s very obvious I am not 15 years old, and I even told the worker that the 2005 tattoo I have was my birth year, he knew damn well I was not 15, but when he told me that, I knew they had been talking about me and laughing about it. I’ve been told I look young my whole life, that’s not the issue here, it’s the fact they were talking about me amongst themselves while I’m sitting in front of them giving them business. I’ve loved this salon, the women are incredible to work with and they do amazing jobs, and are so sweet but after this experience and the gossip about me I will not be returning.

1st time getting nails done. They were pleasant. But I waited a long time and was rushed. Price seems reasonable and it was kinda clean

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. First of all the lady wouldn’t do the correct color after being told multiple times that the color she was using wasn’t the correct color. Then when I told the guy that took payment that I didn’t feel like I should have to pay full price as the color was the correct color, he took $5 off but then refused to give me change stating “No that’s her tip” So not only only did they end up with the full price, she also ended up with a tip that wasn’t deserved. And I would have tipped very well if she would have just fixed the color. Definitely don’t recommend

#1 - expensive af , cheap products, nails about to break after a week, don’t come here go, go to a nail tech or sum . $97 for some french tips smh

Never again. The shape looked nothing like I asked for, and then she argued with me when I asked if she could make it more round. The nails were different lengths. Just a bad experience in general.

Not a fan. Went in for a gel manicure and all my nails came out crooked and way too short. I could have done better at home. Will not be going back.

I like this place for getting pedicures and thought I would try a manicure. Definitely not a fan. The person who started my nails didn't finish it another lady did. But she left much dip powder on all my nails. I've also never had it like cake up underneath. So while atmosphere is nice and the staff are nice. Overall I think I'll stick to pedicures only here. Also I'd like to add the lady had her dremal tool on my skin which didn't feel great.

I would give 0 stars but it makes me pick 1 star, & they definitely don’t even deserve that! Went here for Father’s Day and paid for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. Mine was a fill. The job they done on my nails were absolutely horrible. Went back to see if they could make it right and got told they did a fill to save me money when I clearly told the man if a fill would not work just let me soak them off and do a full set. He said he could do them. He was rushing to do them and had another lady paint the top coat. He knew they were not good at all. I paid and left. Now exactly a week later I got polish coming off and they aren’t smooth, they just look horrible. This is the worst fill I have ever gotten. I’ll never come back here, sad that I’ve gotten a few pedicures here in the past. He had the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else when I went back to tell him. Also argued with me that Father’s Day was a month ago and it was last Sunday. I told him I don’t want ANYTHING but to let you know these nails are horrible!
