Management moved me into an apartment infested with roaches. I wasn't notified about the infestation until the day of my move in date and I signed my lease 10 days prior with no knowledge of this. I paid $500 deposit and another $330 move in charge for an apartment that was not in a good health condition. My AC system is also completely not functioning and I have been sweating using fans to keep myself and my son cooled. All this money they ask for and yet the apartments are not maintained and renovated properly. I am pregnant with a 2 year old so this needs to be resolved immediately.

I actually give the apartment no stars. I will not get on the internet and lie to future tenants. Since living in Cedar Creek we have been hit in the parking lot, overcharged rent,our privacy has been invaded multiple times and our apartment was definitely not up to par upon moving in. Night one found a razor in my kitchen sink thank God we didn't cut ourselves. The first week we had the landlord do a walk through. The maintenance man opened my door while I was working from home. I'm thankful it wasn't my young daughter he walked in on. First month we got hit in the parking lot . Police were called and said we were on private property so its nothing to do. There is always people breaking glass in the parking lot. The vandalism of property. Overall it's been a terrible experience. Let's talk about the Black mold in the bathrooms. Or maybe even the power play of office help. We only lived here a year and I'm so thankful to leave. I'm sure they will keep pocketing deposits as well since nothing ever got fixed properly.The ceiling fell in our daughters bathroom. We told maintenance they told us it's nothing they could do. Its literally black mold covering the hole. This is just my experience. Please go find other safe comfortable places for yourself and family.

I thought moving from New York to Abilene would be a challenge. Luckily I worked with Amanda who was incredibly amazing. She made the process so easy, and I strongly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Although we didn’t get into one here due to circumstances changing we really appreciate everything this community did to help us. Amanda is an ASTATIC employee who went above and beyond for me and my family. She’s very good at her job and I really appreciate everything she did. Whoever is looking for another apartment look for her help she’ll do wonders for you.

I’ve lived here at Cedar Creek for 2 years now. Haven’t had a bad experience so far. They are usually quick with fixing things, which haven’t been much. Always a call a way if needed. They most definitely have 5 stars from me.

Here at cedar creek the staff is wonderful outstanding and Joe, and Amanda, are exxxcellent helpers . I would advise any one to come to cedar creek . The manager is working hard to make this a wonderful place. Johnna has taken big steps to address any concerns. So happy to live here

I have lived in apartments around the world. When I moved in, my apartment was the cleanest one of them all. They have been more than happy to assist with those "little things you find" that no one has seen. The administration is always more than willing to answer questions and help me make my living experience her a grand one. All the extras, on site laundry, pool, weight room have assisted me greatly since I have some mobility issues. The fact that is within walking distance of everything is an added plus. Being new to the area, I couldn't of found a better place. My neighbors are the best too.

We enjoyed our year at Cedar Creek, Our apartment had a very large living room and bed room with a walkin closet. I think my favorite part about the apartment was the walkin pantry. I had never had such a big pantry. It provided so much extra storage. We had though being so near Hwy 277, we would hear highway traffic noise, but it was very quite.
