Everyone is always very helpful and kind. Dr Radcliffe is very caring to my pet. He is always through in his exam and questions concerning any issues.

I called Chimney Rock Veterinary Clinic to schedule an at home euthanasia for my senior border collie. The staff member I spoke to was helpful and compassionate. Dr. Ratcliffe was on time and equally as compassionate. Being able to say goodbye in the place my dog and I were most comfortable made a world of difference. Everything went as smoothly as possible. He wasn’t in a hurry and handled transporting her for cremation which I really appreciated. When I decide to get a new dog this will be the veterinary office that I take them to.

I really like Dr. Dillard. The other vet was rude and dismissive. I did not appreciate his manner or tone.

Wonderful place to take your fur babies! Five stars! Dr. Dillard and Dr. Ratliff are wonderful. They really listen to your concerns about what’s going on with your fur baby and help make a plan for treatment.

Called for an appt - first time customer....the woman that answered the phone was condescending and upset me greatly. I immediately called a different vet in the area and was greeted with friendliness and understanding. I definitely was not impressed with Chimney Rock Animal Hospital!

We have 3 pets with this Vet and they are always in great hands! We trust Dr Ratcliff and all of the techs with our fur babies every time we go. Scheduling appointments online is easy and convenient as well!

My three fur children have gone to Chimney Rock for the last two years. We love Dr. R and her staff. It’s not a big fancy vet, but the team is intelligent and caring. Couldn’t ask for better care.

I have been going to this place almost 5 years. All I can say is, they truly love my fur babies as their own. I’m blessed to have such amazing veterinarians here. I don’t think I would go anywhere else. Here my handsome guy after getting his new bandage. Currently getting treated for a snake bite.

Chimney Rock is not our normal clinic, but we took our dog there on Saturday due to an emergency situation. Our experience with Dr Ratliff and the technician was great. They were thorough, compassionate, and provided great care.
