My nails are exactly what I asked for. Mrs. Tu and her husband stayed late to make sure my nails were done. Don’t be like me and come an hour before closing. But my nails are perfect, the service was amazing and I was not up charged at all. Nails and toes with designs ($140, of course you need to tip your nail tech👏🏼) They charged me the listed price! Will be back every 2 weeks🤌🏼🤌🏼

I'm 5 months pregnant and was not treated right here. Very rude people. and I will never come back or recommend this place. That old man was just pure nasty.AND LOOK AT MY NAILS! they're hideous and chunky they WERE for my baby shower but I'm taking them off, never had my nails look this bad. He cut me multiple times and was harsh with his hands. I shouldn't have had to pay anything with the customer service I got, let alone how hideous my nails are. They left me leaving there embarrassed. I had to postpone my baby shower because of how bad my experience was. Never again. It's only been one day and my nail already popped off this place is a joke.

I requested pedicure and the tech tech assigned to me did a poor job. He scraped my heel raw because he wasn't paying attention. The tech at the next station had to explain it and tell him what he to needed to do even though I tried to stop him. My heel was bleeding and I can still hardly walk on it. I'll never go back.

Second time I have been into this location.Both times, I have received two different types of pedicures, my daughter got set of nails on first visit.This is the BEST PLACE I HAVE BEEN IN YEARS!!!!

I have been coming to Tu to have my nails done for nearly 2 years. I call her my magician. I have been known to drive hundreds of miles just to have Tu do my patriotic nails. I go all over the country in a patriotic costume. The work she does is absolute perfection. I love everyone at City Nails. I was there 4/15 getting a pedicure I gave a 2 rating. I would have given a 5 months ago but I was not pleased yesterday. My toes were horrible I was already embarrassed because of that these people talk a language I don't understand but when they spout off something and all the workers laugh and look at my feet I kinda knew they were talking about me. I did not tip because the girl didn't deserve it. When I paid the man spouted off something I didn't understand but I did get a dirty look from all. I will not go there againService: Pedicure
