The dryer malfunction and burned my load of clothes melted my zippers. I tried to call a million Times, still only get voice-mail. I will not wash here again. As soon as I find the owner I am taking him to small claims court.

No hot water, forget using the bathroom, not maintained at all. I believe that the owner is waiting for the property price to go up so he can sell it. But it is cheap.

Do your laundry here. The machines are fairly well maintained in comparison with other laundry mats in the area. That being said, good luck trying to get a call back from management if the machine eats your quarter.
