There was an empty beer bottle one the kiddos found and the floor was wet under a/c unit. Otherwise, pretty decent. Polite and friendly employee's.

I booked the wrong side of town. But I had such a lovely experience and to tell you the truth, it was very good that I was able to drive around Abilene and drive through Abilene. I went places that I wouldn't have gone. And the staff was great. The breakfast was great. And the pool was indoors.

I was tired from being on the road; easy check in; very nice accomodations; went to sleep; slept till noon, then onward.

Both bed comforters, pillows, and sheets were dirty. I was afraid to sleep on them! Both shampoo and conditioner were both empty, I realized this AFTER I was in the shower. Door hinges were so rusty. I know that shouldn't matter but it's the fact that the appearance doesn't seem to be a concern, what else isnt?? The hotel was to dirty for me. I will be calling Choice brand and complaining to them as well! The girl at the front desk was the only pleasant experience i had at this hotel! She was very sweet, her name is Alex I think.

Man, I got the huge rooms. So good I had to stay twice.The front desk attendant was pretty solid too.If all comfort Suites are this nice, I’ll be staying often.For $80 bucks, it was a steal!And they serve a real breakfast.Rooms: They have some huge rooms

,Ac wasn't working properly the fridge wasn't keeping my kids snack cool . Phone to the room wasn't working at all so I had to go up to the front let the receptionist know. She really didn't care about what was wrong with my room. Pool was out of service.very horrible experience.the only good thing was morning breakfast. Won't be staying there ! Ever!Rooms: Room wasn't too clean to begin with

A fine place to stay for the price point. Clean, comfortable beds with big pillows.Convenient location, lots of very good free breakfast choices. Staff friendly and respectful. Decent pool. I was ok with the stained curtains and the rusted out tub. But when they went in my room without my permission or my knowledge is inexcusable. I draw the line at having my privacy invaded. They will enter your room without any notice whatsoever. And do who knows what cause I wasn't even there. **** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ ******

Idk I don’t say it’s a bad place but it looks old and the elevator has torn cloth on the doors. The service person was doing his job but he was that kind of person that just overdoes everything. I understand that he has to obey his policies but you don’t have e to make to personal.

The lady at the front desk was the highlight of this hotel, however once they had my card info they just charged what ever they felt like, I stayed here two nights the first night my son and I were in bed and at 11 atbnight I got a knock on our door and when I opened it there was a the night desk clerk told me I would be charged 50$ for a noise complaint, they charged me for four night instead of two and almost didn't return my money, then the rooms offered were 88$ a night and the charged 140$ a night, overall it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I personally will never stay at this location again!!!!!!

Awesome place! Rooms was clean service was good and atmosphere was all awesome.Would recommended this place to anyone!
