The room are atrocious. First room had AC dust and dirt all over floor with AC covered in dirt.
Moved rooms, 2nd room had lots of women's black hair on floor in bathroom, in shower, shower had mold and sun build up on floor, and ceiling in shower we'd covers with black mold and water stains. Looks like a leak from above. Walls in room near bed had food and dirt on them. This was really bad. I stay in hotels every week and i had read good reviews on this. I don't know how. WHO is ok with this. The staff tried to clean stuff, they look understaffed and overworked. Same staff was on duty next day as night before. I will never stay at a choice hotel. So disappointed. I have pictures to post but there is no place to post. If management wants to contact me, i will send you photos.

The bed was dirty and there was mold in the vents and the hotel smelled really bad.

Definitely will upgrade to another hotel if we are ever overnighting in Abilene again. Staff acted annoyed to give me towels and toilet paper that I had to go to lobby to get because obviously the cleaning team did not feel the need to put any in bathroom. No soap, TV didn’t work, would turn off after about 20 mins of watching then mysteriously turn on by itself every couple of hours throughout the night. Bathroom faucet leaked entire time, bulbs out in lamps…no microwave in room. Walls super thin so guy next to us shared his video gaming experience for hours on end while cussing/yelling at whoever his gaming partner was… lol Floor was apparently shampooed recently (hey, at least they tried to clean something) and was sticky and wet our entire stay. Had to walk by a guy parked right by back door each evening to access our room that seemed to be dealing drugs, was smoking weed each evening and on phone sitting in car for hours. My husband wouldn’t let me go outside by myself due to the sketchy situation. Definitely not the same experience we have previously had at Comfort Suites, they are usually clean and a friendly environment. I’d hard pass to save $30 bucks a night…

Everything I was going to rant about is on the other reviews. The couchbed was worn out, the beds were not that comfy, etc.

The air conditioner were MOLDY. They need deep cleaning or replaced.

I’ve stayed here before but had to come back for training, staff is always welcoming and helpful, the hotel always smells clean and the rooms are nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend this location.

The rooms are dirty. They claim to clean rooms and change sheets every 3 days, but I have been here for 5 days now, and they still have not cleaned or changed the sheets, even after I have requested it twice. Don't come here.

Our sports team stayed at this hotel for a weekend tournament and my daughter left her Apple Watch in her room on the morning they checked out . She called that afternoon to see if it had been turned in but, at that point, no one from housekeeping had reported anything. Desk clerk took her name and number but no one called back. FOUR WEEKS LATER, her team stayed at this same hotel and, although it was a long shot, she asked the desk if anyone had turned in an Apple Watch … and it was there! We are so impressed with the HONESTY and integrity of the entire staff, from housekeeping to front desk!!! THANK YOU!

DO NOT stay here unless you want to get accused of smoking in a room with 3 kids. I got charged $250 for something i did not do, all because a housekeeper decided to lie. Prior to that the rooms were DIRTY and beds were not made. The guy had to move me 4 times until we finally found a decent room. I want my money back

The service was fantastic, especially the breakfast attendant!However, our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The cover on the bed had hair all over it. There was still food in the fridge from the previous person.The worst part was the toilet broke every day we were there. They did fix it quickly every time.

The comforts of home, mostly, with the fun of not washing the linens. Ironically there's a guest room for washing clothes but no clothes washer or clothes dryer in there ???????

Comfort suites in abilen texas on Interstate 20 ..my wife worked for comfort suites for over 7 years and was fired for having a bad attitude towards the new owners after cutting her pay more than 60%. The ownes did not care about her bills or family after 7 years of her doing all they wanted . They actually cut her pay then wanted her to pick up more duties. Well she was up set and three days later they fired her. Also let go of another employee over the same issue.Noteworthy details: So after 7 years choice hotels fired one of there employees that stuck around and did all they asked.

Very comfortable beds, nice clean rooms, large TV, hot water with good pressure in the shower and reasonably priced. Whether you are stopping by for the night as you pass through town or you are in town for work, I highly recommend this hotel.
